Brantley Bell – IF

Bell was an 11th round pick by the Reds in the 2015 draft out of State College of Florida, after starting his collegiate career at Ole Miss. The bloodline has a strong look for Bell, the son of long-time big leaguer Jay Bell. After tearing up short season rookie league Billings in 2015, Bell got off to a bit of a slow start with Dayton in 2016. In his first 41 games, he was hitting .218 with a .526 OPS. In 2015, he hit .275 with a .715, including 16 doubles and a pair of triples. Bell also handles the bat well and does have adequate speed.
