Bryson Smith – OF

Smith was originally drafted in the 34th round by the Reds in 2011 from the University of Florida, after failing to sign as a 30th round pick by the Indians in 2009. Smith is an athletic outfielder that has seen time at each position in his Minor League career, but he seems to have settled into center in the upper levels. Smith reached Triple-A in 2015, but suffered a broken leg when his spike got caught making a jumping catch. Prior to the injury, he was having a strong season, hitting .274 with a .726 OPS. He bounced between Double-A and Triple-A in 2016.
