After starting his professional career with a bang in the Arizona Rookie League, Reynoso presented a ton ability and tools. However, he is still raw after the Reds signed him as an International free agent before the 2010 season. He stole 30 bases in 39 attempts in 50 games that season. While the stolen base percentage numbers have remained constant, he has not been running quite as much in A-Ball. Much of that is due to marginal OBP and OPS numbers. Reynoso has the frame that projects well and tools to do the same. The time is there for the 23-year-old, but it all just has to come together.
