Garcia hit the ground running with the Reds organization when he hit .328 with an .876 OPS in the 2013 Arizona Rookie League. Originally signed prior to the 2013 season out of Venezuela, Garcia missed the entire 2014 season with a broken hand, before once again dominating the rookie leagues with Billings in 2015. He hit .317 with an .802 OPS. However, after evolving to Low-A Dayton for the 2016 season, Garcia hit just .170 in his first 53 at bats. While raw, Garcia combines speed and some power. He is also just 23-years-old in 2016, with a lot of lower level pro at bats.
