Chang was originally signed in 2005 by the Padres as an undrafted free agent. He then signed with the Red Sox in 2010, the Twins in 2011, and the Reds in 2013. Now in his fourth season with the Reds, Chang has bounced between Louisville and Pensacola, with an average in the .250 range. Chang is very limited in the power department, as most of his knocks have been singles. At age 32, he earned a Spring Training invite by the Reds, but has spent the entire season in Triple-A.
